Standard Strength is excited to launch a life changing fitness program for 50+ called Thrive.
Beginning in Late 2023, we are excited about serving a population of adults pursuing a high quality of life full of functionality and independence well into their elderly years.
Thrive members can expect a tailored strength and conditioning program for people over 50 at ANY fitness level taught by a professional coach in a class setting.
CLASS SCHEDULE: Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's at 7:30am and 3:30pm
CLASS LENGTH: 1 hour
